The benefits of the “Build on Your Lot Program” are that the price of the home is usually less, due to the land price not added into the home price. Other benefits included higher loan approval by lenders, and the opportunity to choose your land.

One of the most important questions offended asked, is Where to get land, if you do not own land. If you do not own land, Style Home Builders, LLC. Account Managers will work with you in obtaining the perfect home site for your new home. When it is time to close on your land, Style Home Builders will pay for the closing on the land, if it is with a mortgage company.
